Hello Kitty Phone Straps

I have a very small collection of Hello Kitty phone straps. I usually pick up one or two on each trip to Japan. They are just too cute! Occasionally, I find one online that I just have to have too, and for some reason, this time it was Hello Kitty as a cactus. I have no idea why! I just fell in love with it!

I was very lucky too, as my wonderful hubby knew how much I wanted it, so he bought it for me as a birthday gift. And here it is:

Welcome To My Kawaii Life

Welcome to My Kawaii Life – my little home on the net where I can share my love of kawaii (cute things from Japan), my kawaii collections, my snail mail interests and my travel stories (mostly from Japan).

I’ve always loved cute things and Japan, but my obsessions really started when I was in high school and was writing to pen pals all around the world. I still love to write (and receive) snail mail. There’s just something special about receiving something in mail.

I collect all sorts of kawaii stationery (especially letter sets, sticker sheets and sticker sacks). My favourite brand is San-X but I also love kawaii bears, bunnies, elephants and other cute kawaii animals from brands like Kamio, Crux, Q-lia, Pool Cool, Fortissimo and more. I also love Disney, especially Disney from Japan. My favourite Disney characters are Eeyore, Stitch, Winnie the Pooh, Thumper, Miss Bunny, Bambi, Donald Duck and more.
